1. Service Description
QRTU is a web service that allows you to share text, links, and files between mobile devices and screens. This service is provided "as is".
2. Acceptance and Compliance
By using this page, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your content (text, links, files) and its use. The service may only be used for legal purposes.
4. Prohibited Content
We do not share counterfeit, abusive, harmful, illegal, or commercial content. Service access may be terminated for violations.
5. Intellectual Property
QRTU software and trademarks are owned by us. Permission must be obtained except for personal, non-commercial use.
6. Data and Privacy
Your content is only sent to paired devices. We keep minimal logs per our Privacy Policy. We do not store files for archival, malware, or tampering purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
QRTU is not responsible for direct, indirect, or incidental damages due to service failures, data loss, incomplete delivery, or other causes.
8. Service Interruptions
Service may be interrupted for maintenance, map changes, or technical issues. We may change or stop the service without notice.
9. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services such as Google OAuth and Supabase. The terms of these services apply separately.
10. Google Sign-In and Drive Sharing
When you sign in with Google, authentication is handled via Google OAuth. For Drive file/link sharing, we only access data within the permissions you grant. You are responsible for legal compliance and access rights of content shared via Drive.
11. Changes
We may change these Terms without notice. Changes take effect when published. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
